Under its original name of Valley Oaks, Valley Oaks-Griffin Memorial Park, Mortuary & Crematory and Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks Memorial Park opened its doors in 1967 and, as a central part of the Conejo Valley, we have made it a priority to preserve history and secure the future of the residents in our area. We have preserved the resting places of 29 Conejo Valley pioneer residents that were relocated from a blighted cemetery to their current home at Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks.

We offer convenience to those we serve by having a mortuary and a cemetery in the same location and we are proud to say that we are one of the few locations in this area to own our own crematory.
