Phoenix is an unincorporated community located in Baltimore County, Maryland County in the US state of Maryland in the United States States of America. In addition, about 300 Jacksonville residents sought compensatory and punitive damages from Exxon worth several billion dollars. The area affected by the gas leak was about a half-mile downhill from the location of the gas station.
