Abrams' first European settler, Richard B. Abrams had been fortunate to escape the flames of the Peshtigo Fire in 1871, but luck ran out. Abrams never fully recovered from the blaze. Disaster struck on July 4th, 1923, when a fire destroyed much of the town. Abrams is a town in Oconto County, Wisconsin County, Wisconsin, United States.
