About Thompson Memorial Home
The original funeral business was founded by R. Mount in the late 1800's after serving in the Civil War. Upon Mr. Mounts death the business was purchased by F. Adams who continued the family tradition. Upon Mr. Adams death the business was purchased by Wm. Connelly, who also continued to run the business filling the basic principals of a family owned business until his retirement in 2001. At that time the business was purchased by B. Thompson, and is still run as a family owned full service Funeral Home.
