'Manzanita' means "little apple" in Spanish language . Manzanita is a Oregon Coast city in Tillamook County, Oregon County, Oregon, United States. It is located on US Route 101 in Oregon Route 101 about 25 miles south of Seaside, Oregon and 25 miles north of Tillamook, Oregon The population was 564 at the 2000 census.
