Troutdale is a city in Multnomah County, Oregon County, Oregon, north of Gresham, Oregon and east of Wood Village, Oregon Village. On November 20, 1882, a rail line was built through the town. Broughton under the command of Captain George Vancouver in 1792. He had made land claims and donated his land in 1853 in what is now the center of Troutdale. David F.
