Alabama's first totally green/natural burial ground. No embalmed bodies; no artificial flowers; no vaults; no metal caskets or wooden that are heavily varnished and lines with anything other than natural fabrics. Families can conduct their own funerals without the use of a funeral home. I believe home funerals and family conducted funerals help with the grief process. Families have gathered on the porch of my home (on site) to share memories while waiting for others to arrive or to complete the process. All at no charge.

At no charge I will assist families in having a home funeral and/or green burial. Whether planning in advance or at time of death, I can help you know your options and Alabama funeral laws. I will also teach anyone or group to care for the deceased from death to time of disposition.
