The state of Oklahoma is known as the The Sooner State with Oklahoma City as its capital. Achieved its statehood on November 16, 1907, it has become the forty-sixth state to be a member of the Union. It has a population of 250,000 American Indians which descended from sixty-seven tribes. Beaver town has claimed to be the Cow Chip Throwing Capital of the World. On April of every year, World Championship Cow Chip Throw is held at Beaver and draws large number of spectators.
